Here at Produce Gone Wild it is our priority to provide great quality produce, always seeking out local fruit and vegetables as the season permits. We have created many relationships with local farmers throughout Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley over the years who grow, and harvest produce for our stores. We also continue to build long-lasting relationships with Okanagan growers. During the summer months we frequently drive to the Okanagan, ensuring the delivery of fresh, high-quality fruit and vegetables for you.

Job description

We are in search of filling an assistant lead role at our Downtown Chilliwack location. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience in produce/grocery, superior customer service attributes and must be flexible and able to work during our operating hours of Monday - Saturday 7am-6:30pm.

If you have strong customer service skills, the experience required, and a friendly character , we want to hear from you!

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

Working alongside the store manager and being able to fill similar roles and duties of the manager.

Maintaining the sales floor and cashier duties.

Work diligently amongst other staff to enhance and improve customer satisfaction

Ensure product on shelves is fully rotated and stocked

Handle customer questions and resolve any customer service issues

Collaborate with team members to highlight floor displays and promotions

Must be a team player!

Must be available to work Mondays through Saturdays 7am - 6:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Will be negotiated based on experience.

Benefits: $1,000 per year roll over Health Care Spending Account (after 6 months of full-timing).
