The Procurement Program Specialist plays a central and critical role in driving cost efficiencies and operational excellence across the organization. This position is responsible for the end-to-end optimization of supplier contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize savings and performance. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation
Lead the development and execution of advanced savings strategies, continually evaluating the supply base and market opportunities to identify areas for optimization.
Negotiate complex supplier agreements, pricing, and terms to achieve maximum cost savings and favorable contractual protections for the organization.
Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance, cost, and service levels.

Serve as the primary administrator for contract management within Coupa (or similar P2P/Sourcing platform), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility of all agreements.
Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration between Procurement, Finance, Legal, and departmental stakeholders to align sourcing efforts with business needs.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Develop and present detailed reports on synergy results, savings realization, and operational metrics to senior leadership.
Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships based on trust, accountability, and mutual growth.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between all internal departments to ensure alignment on supplier strategies and contract compliance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Contract Management.
Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and managing large, complex supplier agreements.
Proficiency with procurement/spend management software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Cloud).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, market trends, and financial models to develop strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CPPO).
Experience leading cross-functional integration or system implementation projects.
