• Work with business unit and Legal and Compliance stakeholders to gather requirements for changes and enhancements to privacy tools including enhancements needed due to regulatory or business changes. Work with technology teams to analyse, design, and implement business requirements. This is inclusive of change management, UAT, and troubleshooting. Foster continuous improvement and act as a day-to-day point of contact for business unit and LCD stakeholders as it relates to tool functionality or performance. Work with business unit and Legal and Compliance stakeholders to consider new processing activities.
