Pay Rate - $35-$40 (depending on experience + skills)

Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor printing and die-cutting presses to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality.
Perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and equipment adjustments to minimize downtime.
Conduct quality checks on printed materials — ensuring color consistency, registration, and accuracy.

Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues during runs, coordinating with maintenance or supervisors as needed.
Maintain accurate production documentation, job tickets, and quality control records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and waste reduction.
Follow all company health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Press Operator, Press Technician, or related mechanical/printing role in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and perform light maintenance.
Experience with offset, flexographic, or lithographic presses considered a strong asset.
Ability to read production specifications, blueprints, and technical documents.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality.
Comfortable working rotating or fixed afternoon/night shifts.
Team-oriented with solid communication and organizational skills.
