I am looking for a talented and creative graphic designer experienced in print-on-demand (POD) designs for various products such as: T-shirts (AOP & front-placement designs) Hoodies & sweatshirts (AOP & placement) Mugs (11oz / 15oz / wrap-around sublimation designs) Tumblers Canvas wall art Home décor (pillows, blankets, doormats, etc.) The focus will mainly be on sublimation and all-over print (AOP) designs. You should be comfortable designing in high-resolution (300 DPI minimum) suitable for POD platforms such as Printify, Printful, Gelato, etc. ✅ Preferred Skills & Experience: ✔ Experience with POD and knowledge of print specifications (bleed areas, print size, DPI, CMYK vs RGB). ✔ Strong portfolio in sublimation or all-over print design. ✔ Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or similar tools. ✔ Ability to create vector-based and raster-based designs. ✔ Knowledge of current trends in niches like animals, quotes, seasonal designs, fantasy, patriotic, anime, etc. ✔ Experience following POD/AOP templates (e.g., hoodie wrap, mug wrap). 📦 Project Scope: This will be an ongoing project with continuous work. We'll start with a small paid trial batch of 5-10 designs, and if the quality fits, we will scale to long-term collaboration (50-100+ designs per month). 💰 Payment: 💵 Open to fixed price per design or batch-based pricing.
