Currently, we are looking to add a Power BI Developer to our team. This position could be fully remote.
🔹 Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from SQL Server databases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective data models and visualizations.
- Optimize data models and DAX measures for enhanced performance.
- Implement data quality checks to ensure report accuracy.
- Stay current with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
🔹 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI development
- Strong proficiency in SQL, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience in writing complex and efficient SQL queries
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices
- Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating measures and calculated columns
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights
- Experience with data visualization techniques and best practices
- Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
🔹 Would be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with other Microsoft BI tools (e.g., SSAS, SSIS)
- Knowledge of M language for advanced data transformations in Power Query
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate

Our team is building a dynamic system designed to streamline the typical workflow of company managers. The platform features a fully customizable interface and workflow steps, enabling seamless data validation and cleanup, complex workflow automation, task assignment with progress tracking, and comprehensive report generation.
