Title: Power BI Dashboard Developer – API Integration & CRM Metrics Description: We’re looking for an experienced Power BI developer to help us connect a CRM API directly into Power BI and build a clean, interactive dashboard. The API-to-Power BI connection is already possible (we have examples), so this project is mainly about implementing the connection and designing the dashboard. Requirements: Strong experience working with Power Query (M), JSON, and setting up direct API integrations into Power BI. Ability to handle pagination, headers, and query parameters when connecting to APIs. Transform and model CRM data into a structure suitable for reporting (star schema). Build a professional dashboard with about 20 CRM-related metrics, such as: New leads created Leads contacted Opportunities by stage Conversion rates Closed won/lost deals Average sales cycle length Pipeline value Revenue by source/rep Activities completed (calls, emails, meetings) Follow-up overdue items Ensure correct refresh behavior directly from the API. Fast turnaround – 1–2 days delivery. Deliverables: A working Power BI .pbix file connected directly to the CRM API. Dashboard displaying ~20 metrics with drill-downs where appropriate. Documentation on how the API connection is set up and refreshed. Nice to Have: Prior experience building dashboards for CRM or sales teams.
