About the team: This role will drive structured delivery across Risk Transformation. Risk Transformation represents a large and structurally significant undertaking for ASX, laying the foundations for a risk mature, resilient and secure organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving structured delivery across Risk Transformation. This role acts as a bridge between program leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure delivery progresses to plan, risks are managed, and outcomes are achieved in line with agreed strategic objectives and target states. What you will be doing: How we do things at ASX is just as important as what we do. Provides practical delivery support Risk Transformation Streams: Tracking progress to plan to the baselined plans (Accelerate Milestone Plan, Jira, etc.) Facilitate PMO Checkpoints and undertake proactive blocker escalation Maintain RAID & oversee mitigations Providing PSR inputs (both Program and Project) Overseeing maintenance of the Jira Plan(s) What you will bring: Must have Knowledge of project/program management in a regulated environment (financial services or critical infrastructure preferred). Strong knowledge of risk management, resilience, or regulatory transformation programs (ASIC, RBA, APRA frameworks). Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a complex stakeholder environment. Excellent skills in structuring, planning, and delivering high-quality program artefacts (plans, status reports, board papers). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to distil complex information into clear recommendations. Familiarity with enterprise risk practices, resilience programs, or operational risk transformation. Nice to have: Strategic mindset with the ability to translate program objectives into delivery. High resilience and adaptability in a high-stakes environment. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across executive and operational levels.
