Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing facility, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output.
- Implement and champion safety protocols, compliance with MOL and MOE regulations, and a strong safety-first culture.

- Drive operational excellence by leading continuous improvement projects, leveraging Lean/Six Sigma principles.
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets, cost controls, and key performance metrics to enhance efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise all department leads, including fabrication, welding, and quality assurance teams.
- Plan and coordinate capital equipment maintenance, upgrades, and inventory control to support production goals.
Qualifications
- You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for experience in composites or heavy fabrication.
- You have an in-depth understanding of Lean methodologies and ERP systems.
- You are proficient with standard software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You can demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- You have a proven track record of managing departmental budgets and key performance indicators.
