• Responsibilities
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, treatments, and modalities under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress, document care, and provide feedback to the supervising PT.
• Instruct and motivate patients in exercises, functional activities, and home programs.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive treatment environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care goals and outcomes.
• Qualifications
• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current California state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
