- Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, treatments, and modalities under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Monitor patient progress, document care, and provide feedback to the supervising PT.
- Instruct and motivate patients in exercises, functional activities, and home programs.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive treatment environment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care goals and outcomes.
- Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current California state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.
- Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
