Project Overview: We are developing a new rental building in Prince Rupert, BC, Canada and need a designer to produce virtually staged renderings and clean, marketing-ready floor plans. These materials will be used for brochures, online listings, and other tenant marketing purposes. Scope of Work: Renderings 3 kitchens/living areas (one for each unit type) Studio unit: show Murphy bed in both the up and down positions One-bedroom unit: include a rendering of the bedroom Floor Plans Cleaned-up, professional versions suitable for marketing packages Delivered in PDF and image formats Style Direction: Photo-realistic quality suitable for marketing Modern, timeless, and practical interiors Furnishings consistent with British Columbia style and tastes Deliverables: High-resolution staged renderings (web + print quality) Branded, easy-to-read floor plans What We’re Looking For: Strong portfolio of photo-realistic interior renderings Experience producing polished, marketing-quality floor plans Ability to capture regional design sensibilities Clear communication and reliable timelines To Submit a Proposal: Share samples of similar work (renderings + floor plans) Provide your proposed timeline Outline your cost structure (fixed fee preferred)
