QualRecruit is seeking a contractor to support our market research recruitment team as a support agent starting late-September Key Responsibilities: • Sending text messages and placing calls to market research study applicants to confirm their eligibility to participate in research projects they have applied for. • Transcribing participants’ answers to questions posed over the phone in a 5 minute call. • Determining the articulacy of prospective study participants and whether they would be a good fit to participate in research. • Scheduling a total of 30-40 qualified respondents through the process described above. • Monitoring inbound SMS channels for questions or cancellations by confirmed participants • Sending occasional reminders to scheduled participants Requirements • Native proficiency in English (written and verbal) • Friendly and personable approach to communicating over the phone. • Effectively able to work with minimal supervision. • Detail-oriented approach to following established processes and procedures. • Knowledge of core computer programs and aptitude for working with new systems and software. • Access to a computer (either PC or Mac) with a web browser (Safari, Edge, Chrome, or Firefox), headset, microphone, and a reliable internet connection. • Available for approximately two weeks as required by the research timeline.
