• Operate the cash register and process payments (credit/debit, cheque, cash)
• Count and balance cash drawers at the start and end of shifts
• Follow security procedures (bag checks, lotto/stamp counts, etc.)
• Arrange displays, stock merchandise, and keep checkout areas organized and clean
• Participate in in-store promotional events (e.g., Loyalty Days, Customer Appreciation Day)
• Organize and process prescription payments for deliveries
• Put away checked prescriptions and return items to stock
• Call patients when prescriptions are ready (as needed)
• Assist with merchandising, receiving, and putting away front store orders
• Greet and assist customers, process returns/exchanges, and resolve concerns

• Positive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges

• Punctual and reliable, with strong basic math skills
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Ability to enroll with PRIME ID (using BC Services Card) to access patient information
