Your daily activities will involve a mix of technical coordination and practical pharmacy support:
Oversee a high volume of administrative patient and client communications using phone and email.
Carry out complex pharmacy billing and adjudication duties (this is the primary priority of the role).
Uphold clear and professional dialogue with patients and internal team members.
Ensure precision in the management of prescription labeling.
Provide support for limited physical pharmacy tasks, such as dispensing and shipping, depending on business requirements.

Mandatory: Strong, proven experience in high-volume pharmacy billing and adjudication.
Mandatory: Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills (essential for this desk-based role).
Mandatory: Shift Flexibility. Following the 1-2 month training period (8:00 AM–4:00 PM), you must have the flexibility to work both 10:00 AM–6:00 PM and 12:00 PM–8:00 PM shifts as required.
Highly Desirable: Proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software (however, applicants possessing advanced billing and adjudication expertise on other pharmacy platforms will also be reviewed).
Adaptability: The capacity to flourish within a busy, high-output office-style setting.
