Pharmacy Assistant – Winnipeg – Healthcare (Full-Time, 6-mo contract)
Assist in the medication fulfillment workflow by selecting, affixing labels to, and readying prescription drugs.
Engage in internal communication using email/Teams and help coordinate delivery logistics.
Help manage pharmacy stock, including receiving orders, shelving products, and monitoring medication inventory.
Get ready and confirm the accuracy of waybills and shipment information for prescription orders being sent out.
Work together with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists within a busy, team-oriented environment.
Keep pharmacy documentation updated and contribute to general cleaning or administrative tasks.
May be required to lift packages (weighing up to 50 lbs) and remain standing for long durations as necessary.
Qualifications
Pharmacy Assistant – Winnipeg – Healthcare (Full-Time, 6-mo contract)
A minimum of two years' experience working in any busy pharmacy environment
Proficiency with Kroll prescription software is highly desirable
Must possess exceptional accuracy, effective time management abilities, and strong organizational skills
