Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately to patients.
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies.
• Provide exceptional patient care by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies regarding pharmacy operations.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with staff and patients.

Skills

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is mandatory
• Knowledge of medication administration processes and protocols.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pharmacy practices.
• KROLL system experience required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing prescriptions and inventory.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in tasks.
