We understand that compensation and work-life balance are crucial. Our client is seeking a full-time, permanent team member who will be offered a competitive base rate of pay aligned to experience + a year-end bonus. We estimate (based on market factors and intel) that total annual compensation potential, based a competitve hourly rate applied to a full-time schedule and inclusive of year end bonus potential (1-year committment required) is likely to land in the range of $128,000 - $137,000 per annum. This position offers a unique opportunity with an on-site clinic providing comprehensive clinical services, including managing minor ailments, chronic diseases, and travel consultations. You will join a robust and supportive team of over ten full-time pharmacists, along with pharmacy assistants and part-time staff, ensuring good coverage and a balanced workload.
The role provides a competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on experience + bonus. Full-time permanent pharmacists receive a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health coverage, RSP matching, professional fee reimbursement per company policy, and coverage for continuing education and conferences.
Scheduling is fair, with rotating shifts between 8am and as late as 10pm and one to two weekends per month.
