Responsibilities
Pharmacist - Hamilton/Niagara - Full-Time, Permanent - Healthcare

Provide exceptional patient care through prescription verification, counseling, and education.

Deliver and expand clinical services, including medication reviews and immunizations.

Offer expert OTC and self-care recommendations.

Collaborate with a strong, experienced pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service.

Maintain compliance with pharmacy standards, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications
Pharmacist - Hamilton/Niagara - Full-Time, Permanent - Healthcare

Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body (or eligible for licensure within 3 months).

Injection certification required.

Previous community pharmacy experience preferred but not required - new grads are welcome to apply!

Happy to support patient care on a balance of shifts equitably shared between pharmacist team members.
