Responsibilities
Pharmacist - Hamilton - Full-Time, Permanent - Healthcare

Triage prescriptions and determine requirements

Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to technicians and assistants

Prepare and review documentation

Perform checks/verification

Communicate with physicians, nurses, and caregivers regarding prescriptions and patient history

Engage in desk-based and other tasks throughout the pharmacy

Other duties as required of a pharmacist in this setting

Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario (in good standing with OCP)

New grads awaiting licensure are welcome to apply (training provided)
