Change to turn into a full-time position! We’re looking for a reliable, organized multitasker based in the Greater Vancouver Area to support both personal and business operations. You’ll work directly with the owner of Level Financial and Pine West CPAs,. The role combines personal assistant duties, administrative support, and social media coordination. Responsibilities: Manage schedule, emails, meetings, and follow-ups Run local errands (mail pickup, deliveries, etc.) Provide admin support for Level Financial (client coordination, document management, workflow organization) Assist with Pine West’s data entry in QuickBooks Maintain organized records and help with light bookkeeping or expense tracking Requirements: Must be based in Greater Vancouver (in-person tasks required) Excellent communication and organization skills Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Hours & Compensation: Part-time to start (20–30 hrs/week) with potential to expand. Flexible schedule, hybrid work setup.
