  • Pulse is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join a multidisciplinary clinical team at a school in Tadworth. This independent specialist day school provides high-quality education for children and young people with autism and additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues, and associated behavioural challenges.
  • As part of a joined-up clinical model, you will work collaboratively with educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with complex needs.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialist speech and language therapy interventions for children and young people with autism and associated conditions.
  • Support teams around the child to ensure clinically informed environments and experiences.
  • Provide assessment, formulation, and individualised therapy plans.
  • Act as a model, guide, and trainer for staff, promoting best practice.
  • Contribute to service development and clinical governance initiatives.
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Proven experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Ability to deliver therapeutic interventions and support multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
