- Work on a highly motivated, dynamic, strong development team implementing, supporting, and enhancing PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (Academic Advisement, Academic Structure, Campus Community, Recruiting and Admissions, Curriculum Management, Student Records, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Student Self-Service). Provide business analysis and functional expertise on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions projects performing project activities related to requirements gathering, system design, software configuration, testing and training. Perform client facing activities to successfully deliver PeopleSoft Campus Solutions projects. Facilitate client meetings and work collaboratively on system design and testing so that the configured system aligns with client business realities. Knowledge transfer and training to client staff to educate them on Campus Solutions applications and related business processes. Analyze existing business processes, pain points and inefficiencies and determine if new functionality can be leveraged to improve efficiency or eliminate customizations, understand the impacts on downstream processes and technical elements. Develop various types of documentation such as assessment outcomes documents, requirements and design documents, functional specification documents, test planning and scripts, training and learning artifacts, and cutover guides. Provide Campus Solutions application expertise as needed to support the client project team members and business stakeholders. 6+ years of business analyst experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions including multiple full cycle implementation or upgrade projects Experience working with teams collaboratively working with the project manager to define functional activities and providing estimates in support of project planning and ongoing project execution Strong overall consulting skills and knowledge of the post-secondary business to execute successfully against time sensitive deadlines in demanding environments Demonstrated experience as a senior resource facilitating client meetings and leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading design sessions, developing prototypes, performing system testing, delivering client training Expert knowledge in two or more business areas of student administration systems including Student Recruiting and Admissions, Campus Community, Student Records, Academic Advising, Student Financials, Financial Aid. Comfortable communicating with C-level and Director level client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on- and off-site, and off-shore functional and technical teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology and schedule Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Project lead experience PeopleSoft FSM or HCM experience
