As a People Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting one of our dynamic operational business units, Sales and Member Service. You will help leaders and teams unlock their potential while ensuring strong organisational outcomes. RAC’s Sales and Member Service Division is at the heart of our member experience. Consisting of just under 400 FTE, this division is responsible for supporting and engaging with hundreds of thousands of members across Western Australia every year. From roadside assistance and insurance enquiries to membership services and product sales, our teams work in highly operational, fast-paced environments where delivering excellent service is critical. About the Role This is a hands-on role supporting fast-paced, operationally focused workforces where agility, responsiveness, and resilience are key. You will: Partner with leaders across our Sales & Member Service business unit to deliver proactive and pragmatic people solutions. Provide guidance across HR matters including performance management, industrial and employee relations, workforce planning, and talent development. Manage high-risk and complex people issues, applying sound judgement and resilience in high-pressure environments. Support leaders in navigating the complexities of awards, agreements, and industrial relations legislation. Lead cyclical people activities such as performance planning, talent & succession planning, remuneration reviews, and engagement surveys. About You You thrive in dynamic, operational environments where no two days are the same. Your ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm and structured approach will be key to your success. You bring: Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within operational workforces (e.g. customer service/call centre, hospitality, retail etc.). Strong industrial and employee relations experience, with the confidence to interpret and apply legislation, awards, and agreements. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and urgent workforce needs. Demonstrated resilience and problem-solving ability when dealing with complex employee matters. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with leaders and employees alike. What can we offer you?
