  • We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our growing People team and helping us deliver an exceptional employee experience. In this role, you’ll manage HR data, streamline documentation, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure smooth onboarding for new team members. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee data in the HRIS, including new hire setup, updates to current employees, documents and offboarding processes.
  • Draft and prepare various documents such as offer letters, contracts, confirmations, changes, and termination letters.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Welcome and greet new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate HR spreadsheets and trackers to support reporting and compliance.
  • Organize and maintain HR documents and files in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinate team and leadership calendars to support People Operations initiatives.
  • Keep the Employee Resource Center up to date with relevant policies, FAQs, and resources.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative coordination.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and proficiency with spreadsheets.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft clear and professional correspondence.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach with a willingness to learn and grow in the People/HR field.
  • A high proficiency in French is required for this position.
