• Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the implementation partner and ensure the needs of the CRS are met.

Qualifications
- Experience with an Oracle HCM Implementation
- Experience with Time and Attendance
- Strong knowledge of provinicial employee standards
- 10 + years experience
- Previous leadership experience
