We are a purpose-led member organisation striving to create greater value for our members and deliver on our purpose to be “The driving force for a better WA.” This 12-month maximum term contract role, reporting to the Payroll Manager, is perfect for an experienced and autonomous Payroll Consultant who excels in delivering efficient and effective payroll service. This role will partner with our broader business leaders and People and Capability teams to ensure payroll processing is completed on time and accurately. This role can be offered on a Full Time or Part Time (3-4days per week) basis. What we are looking for in you Sound experience in a professional Payroll/HRIS environment, using a modern, integrated HRIS, experience with Workday and ADP would be considered highly advantageous Knowledge and understanding of payroll, taxation, employment related legal requirements and industrial instruments Demonstrated experience in a payroll environment within a medium sized organisation. Highly numerate, with a sound problem solving and analytical skills Accurate data entry and knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong customer focus in all activities An ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines, with a proactive and highly motivated attitude.
