- Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions
- Calculate and process all statutory deductions, including CPP, EI, and income tax, as well as benefits
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements
- Maintain employee personal information as it relates to payroll


Qualifications
- High-school diploma. Degree or diploma in accounting
- PCP certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in full-cycle payroll processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and payroll software (ADP, QuickBooks, Payworks or similar)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have demonstrable experience with Accounting Clerk skills, including AP, AR, and reconciliations.
