  • Legendz is looking for a Payments Agent to join our dynamic Payments team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and numerical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant transactions. You will play a key role in verifying and processing redemptions, assisting customers with payment issues, and working closely with our Risk & Fraud teams to maintain a trusted environment for our players.
  • Your work will directly impact player satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency—making you an essential part of our financial ecosystem at Legendz.
  • 🕓 This is a shift-based role operating from Monday to Sunday, with rotating shifts between 12:00–20:00, 16:00–24:00
  • What You Will Do
  • Verify and process redemption requests, ensuring they meet compliance and fraud prevention standards.
  • Support customers with payment-related issues such as declined transactions or delayed redemptions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Risk & Fraud team to share information on suspicious or high-risk activity.
  • Verify customer identity (KYC) before processing large transactions.
  • Generate transaction and reconciliation reports for internal auditing and accounting.
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints related to payments.
