  • What is the opportunity?
  • We are looking for candidates to grow our Partner Success team in BC. As a Partner Success Representative your primary role is to promote the Optiom brand by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B partners. This includes promoting our products, conducting regular product training presentations, and growing sales through partner channels. As a front-line member of our dynamic sales organization, you are always required to conduct yourself in a professional and positive manner.
  • What will you do?
  • Build strong relationships with existing Broker and Dealer partners to confidently promote and sell Optiom’s products to consumers.
  • Deliver engaging product, sales, and Dealer Tool training to finance offices and B2B partners (in person and virtually).
  • Conduct presentations for new and existing partners to support business development and product adoption.
  • Set and execute strategic plans to drive national business and revenue growth with current partners.
  • Research, plan, and implement strategic initiatives in alignment with direction from the BC Partner Success Manager.
  • Support the development and rollout of product training materials, including presentations and LMS modules.
  • Coordinate regular partner visits and meetings to strengthen relationships and promote Optiom’s offerings.
  • Gather and share market feedback on product performance, opportunities, and concerns.
  • Stay informed on product applications, market conditions, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze sales and training reports to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, marketing, and partner activity within the CRM.
  • Support the seamless implementation of product updates and changes across Optiom’s partner network.
  • Create engagement and momentum through sales contests, incentives, and partner events.
  • Represent Optiom at relevant industry events and conferences.
  • What do you need to succeed?
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle sales is considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic, creative thinker with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with partners and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and planning skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal record check.
