• Westminster Toyota is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to answer the phone and greet customers.

Duties for this role include

• Answering phones on the switchboard and directing calls
• Greeting customers in person and checking them in for their appointment
• Taking and delivering messages to the right person
• Making appointment reminder calls
• Stocking Inventory into computer
• Safely storing keys and inventory documentation
• Filing
• Qualifications
• Applicants must be prompt, reliable, self-motivated and have a friendly phone manner. Customer service is very important.

Shifts for this job are on

• Saturday 08:30 am to 06:00 pm
• Sunday 11:00 am to 05:00 pm
• Flexibility to work Weekends
