We’re a small, boutique-style branded merchandise & apparel supplier in the B2B space, looking for a motivated, detail-oriented assistant to join in a dual role: Social Media Management and Order Processing.
This is an entry-level, part-time position (4–5 hours daily to start) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the company expands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and managing social media content primarily through Instagram & Facebook.
- Creating engaging graphics and posts using tools like Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, mainly involving processing & tracking orders through to delivery.
- Assisting with online e-flyers and and email blasts.

- Part-time hours to start: 4–5 hours in-office daily, Monday to Friday.
