Role Overview As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of our digital strategy—from auditing current efforts to launching new campaigns, tracking progress, and driving results. You’ll also conduct competitor analysis and create a winning game plan to help us stand out in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Audit current marketing efforts and identify gaps or opportunities Analyze key competitors and develop a strategic plan to outperform them Build and execute a results-driven digital marketing strategy Set up monthly reporting systems and define clear performance targets Launch and manage lead-generation campaigns (Google, Meta, email, etc.) Introduce new methods for attracting leads and retaining current customers Improve SEO and website performance (Shopify or WordPress) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned branding and messaging Conduct monthly meetings with leadership to review results and adjust strategies What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (B2B experience preferred) Expertise in competitor research and strategic positioning Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRM/email tools Strong experience with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and data-driven Excellent communication and project management skills Bonus: experience in the signage, printing, or creative service industries
