We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced and results-driven Meta Ads Manager to help us create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. You'll manage multiple client accounts and oversee KPIs, ad performance, and strategy optimization. 🔍 What You'll Do: - Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns (Meta Ads). - Monitor KPIs, budgets, and ROI to ensure campaigns stay profitable and aligned with client goals. - Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives and audience targeting. - Provide simple, insightful weekly reports with recommendations. - Suggest proactive improvements to campaigns and strategies. ✅ Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads). - Proven track record of successful campaigns with measurable results. - Strong understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and performance analytics. - Ability to manage campaigns within budget while achieving solid ROI. - Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). - Experience explaining performance and results to non-technical clients. 💼 Budget: - $200/month (or $10/hour, depending on experience). - This is a part-time position requiring 5 hours/week 🌍 Time: - Overlap with GMT+8 🚀 Why Work With Us? - Collaborative, supportive team that values your expertise and input. - Clear goals and expectations - Growth potential as we expand our client base. 📥 How to Apply: 1.
