We’re conducting two paid healthcare research studies to better understand medication administration workflows and PBM audit and compliance processes. Through a 30–45 minute virtual interview, you’ll share your perspective on day-to-day workflows, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. The studies include two related areas: Track 1 focuses on Long-Term Care and Assisted Living facilities, while Track 2 focuses on Pharmacies, including Retail, Independent, and LTC settings. Who We’re Looking For: 1. LTC / ALF: Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Clinical Directors, Pharmacy or IT staff 2. Pharmacies: Owners, Billing Managers, PICs, IT/Admin, or Compliance leads 3. Located in the U.S. and actively working in these environments 4. Familiar with medication management or PBM audits What to Expect: 1. A 30–45 minute virtual interview. 2. Questions about current processes, technology, and pain points 3. Compensation provided for your time (paid through UpWork)
