- Must have the ability to drive sales to end-user customers through value selling, application expertise and commercial savvy. Drive project-based business Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectation and requirements. Build relationships with key customers and partners in the assigned region to help gain market share. Prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations. Ability to provide technical solutions based product training. Technical education or equivalent experience in IT and electrical industry Technical experience with Power Quality (UPS) and Power Distribution is required for this position. At least two years of sales experience in the B2B space working with IT resellers and distributors Position Criteria: Aptitude to work with minimum hands-on management. Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance workload. Superior knowledge of the sales process and technical background that would support the required product knowledge. Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen with proven sales strategic plan implementation with measurable results. Strong team player that actively contributes to the group's success. Excellent written and oral communication skills in addition to strong organizational skills. Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet.
