I am seeking a skilled Outliner/Plot writer with a passion for fantasy romance to make outlines for authors to write from. The ideal candidate will provide a detailed outline following romance beats and have a firm grasp on the ultimate fantasy concept. This job will require a firm grasp of emerging markets as well as an understanding what the audience wants with the ability to monitor market viability of novels currently doing well, if it sounds like you are a good fit please apply! You must also be able to work with a team and take constructive criticism and feedback and be willing to make appropriate revisions to the outline. The outlines we are looking for are fairly detailed and range from 20-30k words for world building/character sheets/etc...This is a growing business and we will be adding more teams and more work as soon as we can.8 Ideally we are looking at a trilogy but we are open to more. The pay starts at $1000 an outline, there will be revisions to review for the original Outline/Manuscript and after the revisions have been implemented. As well as questions to answer from the author and developmental editor throughout the book writing process for you vision of completion of the series.Bonuses and raises will come with success of a series.
