Responsibilities
-Accurately and efficiently process customer orders
-Communicate with customers to confirm order details, resolve inquiries, and address concerns
-Review and analyze order information to proactively identify and rectify discrepancies or issues
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
-Maintain organized and accurate records of orders and all related documentation
-Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
-other general administrative tasks as required
-Take on additional tasks as needed to support the office

Qualifications
-2 years of B2B (Business-to-Business) Customer Service experience is required
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Punctual and dependable
-Ability to work as a team and individually
-Proficiency in MS Office and strong data entry skills are required
-Secondary school diploma
-Must be able to lift 20kgs
