The Strategic Program Office works collaboratively across the enterprise to enhance how we operate today – unlocking opportunities, reinforcing our foundations, and building a more scaleable and resilient future. Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvement across the organisation. Conduct research, data analysis, and bench-marking in collaboration with the business, to inform the development of business cases for new or enhanced initiatives. Assist in preparing detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to support executive decision-making. Work closely with various stakeholders and your team to ensure business cases are robust, realistic, and clearly articulated. Track and report on the progress and outcomes of approved optimisation initiatives, providing insights and lessons learnt for future projects. Your experience and qualifications Must have Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. An eagerness to learn (or experience) in business case development, financial modelling, and benefit analysis is highly regarded. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite A collaborative, team based approach Curious mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo Nice to have Previous analytical experience is desirable Work experience in a financial services organisation Knowledge/experience with process mapping tools Experience or passion to learn and work with AI tools We make hiring decisions based on your skills, capabilities and experience, and how you’ll help us to live our values.
