Stability: Join a supportive and inclusive team culture within a stable Credit Centre Operations unit.
Schedule: Standard full-time hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for training), with the possibility of overtime based on proficiency and business need.
Responsibilities
Process Management: Thoroughly review incoming requests, determine the necessary action, and accurately follow all corresponding instructions and operational procedures.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all required processing and enquiries are fulfilled, maintaining a high standard of accuracy to meet established Service Level Goals (SLAs).
Customer Focus: Positively contribute to the overall customer experience and loyalty index by ensuring all requests are handled with care and efficiency.
Problem Resolution: Appropriately address customer problems utilizing established internal and external partner problem resolution processes, escalating issues when required.
Reporting: Report directly to a Team Manager and maintain a high level of productivity, with performance measured based on the number of files completed.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Education: A College degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Trade Processing related role).
Experience: 3−5 years of overall professional experience, ideally in a role requiring attention to detail and high-volume processing.
Procedural Acumen: Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Technical Proficiency: Solid working experience with MS Office applications.
Soft Skills
Communication: Excellent written communication skills, as the majority of stakeholder interaction will be non-verbal.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing complex instructions.
Efficiency: Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Nice-to-Have Assets
Industry Experience: Prior banking or financial services experience is a definite asset.
Financial/Filing Experience: Experience with general finance, filing systems, or dealing with various state regulations.
