We are seeking an Operations Manager to handle a variety of tasks including customer interaction, technical support, scheduling, dispatch, inventory management, and creating technical training. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience in sales, although formal education is not required. We are in the HVAC industry and have six remote team members managing various aspects of the company. We are family-owned and prefer to work with great people.
