This patient-friendly facility offers a variety of primary care, emergency care and specialty services along with Lifestyles, a medically based fitness program and facility. As Operations Attendant, you are responsible for the member entry process, point of sale functions, information dissemination, incoming telephone calls and all cleaning assignments in your designated department. In this role, you will strive to provide the highest quality of service, exhibit excellent customer service skills and greet all members and guests with warmth. A caregiver in this position works varying days/evenings/weekends from 5:00AM – 10:30PM. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Greet members by name and clear them for club entry. Maintain current information on all club programs, services and activities and promotes regularly. Handle incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages and distribute appropriately. Register members and guests for appropriate programs according to established procedures. Carry out all point-of-sale transactions according to established procedures. Register all guests and make sure all paperwork is completed in full. Adhere to all cash drawer policies and procedures. Wash, dry, fold, distribute and collect soiled towels as needed into the Lifestyles locker rooms. Keep supply of paper and soap products stocked for member and guest use at all times. Complete any daily, weekly and monthly cleaning assignments within designated area. Keep an accurate inventory of supplies and notify the supervisor when additional supplies are needed. Clean and inspect equipment (e.g. washers and dryers). Report any necessary facility or equipment repairs to the supervisor and/or maintenance department. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: High School Diploma/GED Ability to work variable hours Basic computer proficiency Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Customer service, housekeeping or health club experience Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
