  • Job Description
  • The Online Project Supervisor works in close collaboration with Project Managers to ensure the successful execution of online projects. This includes drawing samples, sending e-mails, monitoring quotas and timelines, and ensuring that invitation standards (spam, list quality, etc.) are respected.
  • This role requires a combination of customer service expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and technical knowledge in relevant tools and systems.
  • To be successful in this role, the candidate must consistently demonstrate attention to detail, respect for deadlines, and a commitment to quality and service excellence. This position also serves as the main contact outside of regular business hours to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage web project samples and e-mail distributions in compliance with Leger’s quality standards.
  • Provide daily project updates to Project Managers, including progress, quotas, incidence rates, response rates, and sample quality.
  • Monitor projects on a daily basis (progress, quotas, response rates, impacts, bounces, quality of external lists, timelines).
  • Identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly to maintain project timelines and quality.
  • Test survey links and questionnaires prior to project launch to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Communicate with sample suppliers during assignments requiring subcontracting.
  • Qualifications
  • College diploma in a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. Strong technical skills; familiarity with internal tools
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in market research or opinion polling.

  • *Knowledge of English is required for this position, as the candidate will need to communicate regularly, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, partners, or suppliers located outside Quebec, draft bilingual internal documents, and participate in meetings held in English. The employer has assessed the possibility of redistributing tasks or using language support tools, but has concluded that proficiency in English is essential to carrying out these duties.
