Job Title: Ongoing CRM & Event Marketing Support (Email + Landing Pages) Description: I’m looking for someone to help me with light CRM management and event marketing tasks on an ongoing monthly basis. This includes creating and sending a branded monthly email newsletter to my customer list (scheduled for the 1st of each month, and occasionally a second mid-month email if I add a spontaneous event). I typically host 2-4 events per month, and for each event, I’ll need a simple landing page created through Acuity (embedded on my website under “Events”). Each landing page should include: • Event details • Collaborator information (if applicable) • Link to purchase tickets / checkout at the bottom • Web design that matches the overall style and branding of my site Estimated workload: ~4–5 hours per month. What I’m looking for: • Experience with CRM/email marketing (Mailchimp, Squarespace campaigns, or similar) • Basic web design and landing page creation (Acuity or Squarespace preferred) • Ability to keep everything visually consistent with my existing website • Reliability and ongoing availability (this will be a recurring role if successful) Deliverables: • Monthly newsletter (and occasional additional one) • 3–5 event landing pages per month Compensation: $100 per month. Looking to make this an ongoing partnership if everything goes well.
