We’re looking for an expert communicator + storyteller who can run our onboarding calls with new creators and personally design each call’s pitch deck to make every creator feel valued and excited to join our movement. What You’ll Do: Host structured onboarding/pitch calls with new creators. Build a customized slideshow for each call, using our base template. Personalize key slides (content highlights, strengths, examples) based on outreach notes. Deliver calls with an enthusiastic, welcoming, “family-style” tone that makes creators feel like they’re joining something bigger. Edit and polish the recorded onboarding video to send to the creator afterward. Consistently hit (and exceed) our standard: creators should leave calls thinking: “This brand is going somewhere big.” “They see potential in me specifically.” “If I join and stay consistent, my content will turn into real income and growth.” What We’re Looking For: Strong presentation + communication skills (you know how to keep people engaged on Zoom). Experience building and editing professional slideshows (Google Slides/Keynote/PowerPoint). Comfort with light video editing (assembling onboarding calls + slides into a polished recap video). Extremely organized — able to manage notes from outreach, keep slides personalized, and maintain consistency. A storyteller: able to translate brand vision into a clear, exciting narrative. Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented — this role requires energy and consistency. Bonus Points: Previous experience in creator/influencer onboarding, sales, or community building. Background in marketing, communications, or brand partnerships. You’ve hosted onboarding calls, webinars, or training sessions before. Budget: Flexible — willing to pay for the right expertise.
