About
Randstad is hiring a proactive Warehouse Onsite Coordinator to support day-to-day workforce operations within a high-volume warehouse environment in Ajax, Ontario. We are looking for a candidate with experience managing temporary associates, attendance tracking, workforce scheduling, and employee relations in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or 3PL settings.
This role will act as the primary onsite contact for employees and client leadership, supporting onboarding, orientations, documentation, compliance, performance coaching, and health and safety requirements, including WSIB incident reporting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments are essential.
A successful candidate will have hands-on experience in HR or workforce supervision and the ability to maintain strong client and employee relationships while supporting engagement, retention, and operational excellence.

Schedule: Friday to Monday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22-$24 per hour

Qualifications
• 100% ON-SITE role. Must have access to a vehicle.
• Proven experience working in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment, with direct involvement in workforce supervision or coordination.
• Must be comfortable in working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience managing temporary associates directly/indirectly in a warehouse setting
• Ability to work independently over the weekends
• Understanding of HR practices, including attendance management, health & safety regulations, and basic employee relations.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in client-facing roles is an asset.
• Education in Supply Chain or Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and flexibility in a team-based environment.
• Flexibility required with schedule (must be available to work on weekends)
Nice to Have:
• Experience with staffing or recruitment agencies.
• Familiarity with HRIS or scheduling systems.
