This is a full-time contract position primarily focused on supporting our incoming mail department with essential data entry and administrative tasks. High accuracy and attention to detail are mandatory for success in this role, as you will be handling sensitive information.
Rate: $17.00 per hour
Duration: 2-Month Contract
Schedule: Full-time, hours of operation are between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm CST
Location: Winnipeg Office (Fully On-Site)
Start Dates: November 2025

Your primary focus will be supporting the incoming mail department, ensuring all information is processed quickly and accurately:
Mail Processing: Efficiently handle and sort high volumes of incoming mail.
Data Entry: Open mail and accurately process/enter correct information into the system (includes offline data entry work).
Quality Control: Proofread entered data and run calculator tapes to verify accuracy.
Administrative Tasks: Process donations as requested.
Client Communication: Make necessary outbound calls to clients as requested for clarification or follow-up.
Team Performance: Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy while managing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar and written communication skills.
Proven high level of data accuracy is essential. Must be detail-oriented and meticulous.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment handling repetitive activities.
Previous experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, and/or Mail Clerk roles is a significant asset.
Commitment: Must be able to commit to the full 2-month contract duration
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are required.
Comfortable with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly.
