We are a in the food industry import and distribution company located in Tomken Rd & Britannia Rd area in Mississauga
This is a full time Jr positions, with future room for advancement.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Taking Customers call preparing estimate and invoices
- Responsible for purchasing / receiving / managing inventory
- Assist with Receiving and processing of customer orders.
- Assist with Office daily work load to ensure order fulfillment.
- Prepare shipping documents & Update Customers as Required
- Update and manage company databases.
- Respond in a timely manner to vendor and customer inquiries.
- Work with sales reps to manage inventories and open orders
- Prepare shipping / customs documents for clearing
- Attention to detail and multitasking is an essential requirement
- Follow-up with payment and overdue invoices
- Making sales calls, follow up is part of daily task
- Assist with payroll processing and human resources tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies
Industry experience, a working knowledge of QuickBooks & MS Office, Previous Purchasing and Administrative Experience all would be an Asset.
Wages = $36,000 to $40,000 (starting at, Will depend on Experience, etc.)
