• Use Nutanix and VMware tools to execute workload movement and optimization.
• Coordinate with application owners and network staff to ensure seamless transitions with minimal downtime.
• Execute cutover activities and provide post-migration support, primarily during evening maintenance windows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time during migration phases.
• Document processes, issues, and resolutions to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of combined experience with Windows and Linux server administration in virtualized environments.
• Advanced hands-on expertise with Nutanix AHV and VMware vSphere, specifically regarding migration techniques.
• Proven experience with workload migration tools, methodologies, and troubleshooting.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python are highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as required by the migration schedule.
