Anticipated End Date: 2025-09-18 Position Title: Network Operations Senior Advisor Job Description: Network Operations Senior Advisor Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law The Network Operations Senior Advisor is responsible for leading the application of expert technical expertise to analyze, diagnose and resolve multiple enterprise wide and severely complex technology problems using creative approaches. How you will make an impact: Provides leadership for enterprise technology support area by properly escalating severely complex and multiple incidents and acting as the highest level of escalation within the area for the technical resolution of customer support issues. Consult with other technical support teams to respond to recurring problems and facilitates technical group meetings to assist in expediting the recovery of incidents, help access root cause and determine the appropriate avenue for resolution. Provides incident management facilitation for severely complex and multiple incidents and interacts closely with Business Partners, Support and Management to provide and receive incident information. Can perform as the single focal point for all communications and relationships. Leads the identification and development of standards and procedures for process improvements and develops and communicates technical service policies for supported systems and processes. Independently manages projects and programs related to Network Operations and Incident Management as needed and have the ability to manage small discrete projects independently. Assists in setting the strategy, direction and vision and has the ability to make limited use of all systems management and incident managed tools necessary to manage and document incidents and dispatch on-call support teams. Combines technical leadership with hands-on development to build automation, reporting, and monitoring tools that ensure the reliability and accuracy of data pipelines. Proactively monitors and manages data quality across all client systems, serving as the escalation point for identifying and resolving complex data flow and product issues. Collaborates cross-functionally and drives process improvements to enhance product performance and client experience. Minimum Requirements: Requires BA/Bs degree in a related field of study and a minimum of 8 years experience in information systems, computer networking, telecommunication, systems development and management, creating advanced technology designs utilizing business and technical requirements, or configuration and build management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Multiple trade certifications highly preferred. At least 5 years of experience with healthcare claims and payment integrity highly preferred.
