• Is accountable for monitoring and addressing issues found on the assigned production systems. Participates in reviewing and documenting current systems and in proposing/implementing enhancements. Analyze and Optimize query performance. Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems. Triage complex issues and handle escalations. Identify root cause in the code, suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or DB. Willing to provide support after office hours, weekends and stay on call when business needs. 8+ years of experience with .NET programming & C# & SQL Server. 5+ years of experience with ETL database processes. Nice to have skills include Angular & AWS.
